Educational Background: M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Virginia and BA from Sweet Briar College.

Biography: Mittie has been with UB for 13 years acting as the curriculum supervisor. In this capacity Mittie manages the academic and summer curriculums. She is also in charge of charting the academic success of the programs partcipants. In this position she also trains and coordinates the volunteer tutoring program.
